To recruit, organize, coach, and provide technical or other support to build Khmer American sports within the United States and internationally.

• The UCSA is dedicated to recruiting Khmer American youth to compete in the South East Asian Games (SEA Games) representing Cambodia.

• The UCSA fosters better cooperation, respect, and understanding, between American and Cambodian youth through sports diplomacy and organized sports activities.​

• The UCSA will work to build pride in the USA and Cambodia through sports programs in the United States and internationally.
